We know that picking the right company to represent your Brand can be a minefield, but below are some of our past events illustrating how we can help you achieve your goals.

CONSUMER EVENT IN MONACO 
A large consumer event in Monaco for 2500 delegates from over 30 different countries. Our Client showcased their products and rewarded their customers.
 
OUR ROLE
  • Venue finding - This involved sourcing and negotiating the best possible rates with the venues: Grimaldi Forum for the Event, Monte Carlo Bay Hotel, Le Meridien Hotel, The Hermitage Hotel, Hotel de Paris & Fairmont Hotel.
  • Event liaisons - When managing so many venues, we know how crucial venue relations can be to guarantee the flawless execution of an event. This included all necessary pre-event consultations, rooming list and agenda creation.
  • Event logistics - With any large event, ensuring all aspects of logistical side are organised with precision is crucial to providing the best event possible. This included arranging all transfers, all group requirements such as group lunches, evening dinners, trips/ tours , additional ad hoc requests and any other wishes the Client/ Guests desire.
  • Full event on-site management - To ensure the event ran smoothly, SMC had multiple members of staff on-site event managing all aspects of this event. From facilitating speed check-ins and check-outs at the hotel, overseeing all transfers and external requirements, whilst other members of staff tended to the requirements in the Grimaldi Forum.  
  • Account reconciliation - After a rewarding conclusion to an event, we know how difficult it can be to reconcile the financial side, especially with multiple venues. For this event we not only had check all bills and invoices but assign all relevant costs to each individual market. 
COMPANY INCENTIVE TO BARCELONA
Incentive trip for 12 people to Barcelona for 2 nights to reward employees
 
OUR ROLE
  • Location and venue sourcing - we were given a few locations of interest by the Client and provided suitable options within their budget.
  • Flights, accommodation & transfers - As the Client requested our assistance in organising all aspects of this incentive trip, we arranged the accommodation and travel requirements for the group.
  • External Activities - As the remit was incentive based we provided various options for external activites. The Client then chose to offer multiple tours and free time for their group.
  • External Dining - After providing various options with varying selections of cuisine, the Clients chose two of the best local Restaurants.
  • Account Reconciliation - Although costs were supplied to the Client at every aspect of the organisation, we provided a full breakdown of all expenditure after the event.
CONSUMER EVENT IN PORTUGAL 
Consumer event in Lisbon for 140 people staying 3 nights. The event included two days of meetings, multiple fringe meetings and various external requirements. 
 
OUR ROLE
  • Location and venue sourcing - Although the Client originally had a specific location and venue in mind, their plans changed and we sourced and provided alternatives. They chose the Intercontinental Lisbon to host the event.
  • Event Management - We liaised with the hotel every step of the way, relaying the Clients wishes such as food and beverage requirements, rooming list submission and agenda creation.
  • External requirements - The Client was looking for something memorable but were very short of time so we arranged a private tour of the New and Old Town on route to their restaurant which we had arranged exclusive use.

 

GOLF INCENTIVE TO TENERIFE 
Golf incentive trip to tenerife for 4 days/ 3 nights for 16 people.
 
OUR ROLE
  • Location and venue sourcing - We previously suggested the location and venue to our Client and they enjoyed the original trip so much that they made it an annual event, returning to the same desination year on year.
  • Flights, accommodation & transfers - As we organising all aspects of this incentive trip, we arranged the accommodation, travel and all golf requirements at Las Americas and Costa Adeje for the group. In previous years we also arranged boat trips or other external activities for non-golfers but this time they were all avid golfers so this was not required.
  • External dining - After providing various options with varying selections of cuisine, the Clients chose a lovely Italian Restaurant, a reknowned Steak House and a Teppanyaki Restaurant for their evening dinners.
  • Account reconciliation - We settled all of the Clients bill during their event and provided a full breakdown to show their exact event expenditure..

  • Private box in the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot Racecourse for 16 people
  • Charity party at Westminster Boating Base for 200 people
  • Musselburgh Races Package for 8 people
  • Corporate track experience at Mercedes Benz World with product meetings throught the day for 50 people with accommodation at Brooklands Hotel.
  • Henley Royal Regatta hospitality for 20 people with overnight accommodation.
  • Corporate hospitality at Chester Racecourse for the  Ladies & Gents Evening for 21 people.
  • Incentive  theatre trip including Blood Brother tickets, private dining and accommodation at Malmaison Glasgow.
  • Golf incentive for 25 people to Dom Pedro Villamoura for 3 nights with a Champagne boat excursion for non-golfers.
  • Incentive event for 30 people to Amsterdam for 2 nights with trips and tours, including a memorable beer bike tour.
  • William Hill Dart Championship Hospitality Tickets for 10 people
  • Charity event at the Imperial War Museum for 250 people
  • Product Launch at Carton House for 600 people spread over a week
  • Incentive event to Florence - 3 separate groups of 150 people each
  • Company meetings and incentive event in Budapest for 500 people
  • Consumer Event for 1500 people in Berlin
  • Polo In The Park Hospitality for 30 people.
  • Incentive trip for 30 people to Strada Restaurant London with visit to London Eye and river boat cruise.
  • Jersey Boys theatre trip for 20 people with private dining and overnight accommodation at the Cavendish Hotel London.
  • Charity event at Chelsea Old Town Hall for 175 people.
